iPod Touch Upgrade Guide (FREE)
Step 1: Go to: http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware. At the website scroll to the bottom and click on the drop down menu and pick the software you want. The latest versions is 3.1.2 make sure you pick the right generation iPod.
If you do not know what generation iPod touch you have click the "Click Here" link on the website.
Step 2: Download the firmware and remember where you saved it to.
Step 3: Plug in your iPod Touch, open up iTunes and click on your device.
Step 4: If you are on a PC hold the shift key and press the update button. If your on a Mac hold the option key and click update.
Step 5: When you click update a file dialog box will open, from here find the firmware you downloaded earlier and click Open.
